The furnace is used for long flame burners or for burners with roof top radiant tubes up to a maximum power of 2 MW fed by natural gas, LPG, other gases (COG, BFG) or diesel. It is provided with 2 cooled peepholes for inspection.

• N. 1 front slot for burner Ø 780 with air inlet DN350 (2 MW max).
• N. 1 roof top slot for burner Ø 500 with air inlet DN100 (500 KW max)
• N. 1 roof top slot for burner Ø 600 with air inlet DN150 (1000KW max).
• Max combustion chamber temperature 1300 °C.
• Maximum preheated air temperature 550 °C.
• “Tubular bundle” heat exchanger and radiant tube exchanger.
• Maximum air flow Qmax = 2500 Nm3/h @ 500 °C.
• Fixed flue gas analyzer SIEMENS ULTRAMAT 23 (O2, CO and NO/NOx).
• Measurement of the flow of air and gas through POP-U-S calibrated flanges (see data sheet E5719).
• N° 6 “S” series thermocouples (4 on the side wall of the furnace and 2 on the roof).
• Automatic control of the pressure in the combustion chamber.
